At NorthTech Solutions we carry Brand New, Used and Refurbished devices. Brand new means it’s never been used before and in most cases is sealed in the box. Used devices are considered second hand devices that still have the original parts of the manufacturer. Refurbished devices are ones that have been previously repaired to work like new again. NorthTech warranties all used and refurbished devices for 6 months on product defects, not including physical and water damage caused by the consumer. Please see the warranty section for complete details. Furthermore, all our devices go through rigorous physical and internal evaluations before selling to the public, we only sell phones in great condition and or specify when the phone is in less than great condition. If ever a phone is considered to be below great condition, discounts and specifications will be included.
