This is why we back our phones with a 6 month warranty for any defects and a 30 day money-back guarantee if the phone is not up to your standards! To add, if for any reason something stops working on your phone, we either fix the phone or replace the phone free of charge for our customers. Water damage and physical damage caused by the phone owner DOES NOT fall under the warranty & will not be replaced or fixed for free. For any broken parts caused by you, we will fix it at the best price we can. For any water damage caused by the customer, we will also do our best to fix that at the best price possible, but cannot be certain the phone is fixable.
