How long does it take for the product to arrive?

Depending on your location and where the phone is being sent from, the average delivery time is 3-8 business days (sometimes faster).

Shipments are sent via Canadian North Cargo or Xpresspost via Canada Post for FREE!

What does the phone come with?

All our phones come with a charging cable and wall plug for free (whenever possible). An additional cost applies for our accessories combo which includes a case and screen protector (when in stock). 

For any additional requests, please don’t hesitate to contact us and ask!

Do we deliver in Iqaluit?

Yes, we deliver for free anywhere in Iqaluit or meet at the best convenience.

Be sure to let us know you’re in Iqaluit and we will arrange delivery so long the phone requested is in stock. 

What is included in the 6 month warranty?

The 6 month warranty includes all problems the phone may get from normal usage except for physical damage caused by the consumer and water damage caused by consumer.

Example 1: If the phone is dropped and the screen stops working, even if the glass is not cracked, the screens LCD is broken & consequently it would not fall under the 6 month warranty.

Example 2: You have been using the phone for four months and all of a sudden the power button stops working. This situation falls under warranty & we will fix the issue for you at no cost!

Do we offer other products that aren’t among the listed brands or aren't listed on our Facebook page?

Yes, we can get most technology devices and accessories for you as long as you send us a message of exactly what you want! We encourage sending us a message anytime in regards to what products you’d love to see in our shop.

What falls under the 30 day money back guarantee?

As long as the phone is in the same condition we gave it to you, you can return the exact phone to us for any reason. We want to make sure our customers are happy with the product they received, if that isn’t the case, we will take the phone back with no questions asked. Once we receive and investigate the phone, a refund will be issued within 5 business days. 

How do repairs work?

For all repairs, we can sometimes give an estimate based on the information you provide us, however we must first investigate the device to provide an accurate quote for your repair. In most cases, we do require prepayment for the repair, if for any reason we cannot complete the repair, a refund will be provided.

How does the referral program work?

As an added incentive to refer your friends & family to us, we offer $20 credit at NorthTech Solutions on orders over $100. For complete details on our referral program please see the following link.

How does the Trade In program work?

On a case per case basis, we often accept your pre used devices as credit on your purchase. If for some reason you don’t want to buy a device from NorthTech Solutions, we offer cash for your phone! Please see the following link for complete details.

What condition are the phones NorthTech Solutions offers?

NorthTech offers New, Used & Refurbished devices when available in stock. All of our used & refurbished devices go through heavy internal and cosmetic testing to ensure perfect functionality! See descriptions:

Brand New (in Box): The phone has never been used and comes with all original accessories in the box.

Very Good Condition: The phone shows very little sign of wear if any at all and has been fully tested to work like new.
Good Condition: The phone has visible signs of wear. There may be scratches on the screen and the back casing. However, the screen is not cracked or bent and has been fully tested to work like new.
